bush, but given that the current style of clothes for woman all have 'baby doll' tops, this is no doubt just an ugly outfit. No body looks good in a baby doll top unless they're five and under and it's part of a pair of pajamas.

I just went summer shopping with my teen - about half of the shirts she bought were "baby doll" tops. I offered to dig mine out of the closet from when i was in high school in the 70s...
