War protesters allowed to spray paint the U.S. Capitol

Capitol Chief of Police tell officers not to arrest anyone

Dear Tammy,

During last Saturday's Washington rally protesting the war in Iraq, hundreds of anti-war protesters were allowed to desecrate government property by spray painting the Capitol with anarchist symbols. I did not see or hear any report of this in any of the mainline media outlets!

Capitol Police Chief Phillip Morse ordered his officers to fall back and allow the protesters to exercise what he called "their First Amendment rights" to spray paint the Capitol steps with graffiti. Defending his actions, Morse said, "The graffiti was easily removed by the staff. It is our duty and responsibility to protect the Capitol complex, while allowing the public to exercise their freedom of speech." He even ordered his officers not to arrest anyone!

The war protesters were given access and leniency to deface government property. According to Family Research Council, public employees had to come in on their day off, at taxpayers' expense, to clean up the mess the protesters left behind.

Even more so because of crappy reporting by the staff of The Hill. No pictures, no video, it wasn't even on the DC news the next morning. The first I heard of this was a phone call from a friend on Monday.

6. I have watched every video on youtube

and looked at a gazillion pictures, since I was on a quest to disprove the spittee's claims. And you guessed it, nada.

Didn't happen.

I will never forget all those cops standing in front of the steps to the capitol. That was the eeriest site. :scared:

for the Take Back America conference. You oughta come! That was the conference where they booed Hillary last year. Our friends were there (Mabus and Admiral Loinpresser) and they said it was AWESOME. So we are going to rent a van and drive to DC for it this summer.

I'd say the AFA is shameless, but I already knew that. They, like Fred Phelps, blamed the death of W.Va. miners in the Sago mine on the community turning from god.

in order to march up Constitution & down Independence 35 abreast, for the front of the march to come back & meet up with those who were STILL ON THE MALL, and for people to keep on coming down Capitol Hill in those numbers for over an hour & a half!
