Where is the uproar regarding Pat Roberts' cover-ups on behalf of the mal-administration?

In a nutshell, * changed the rules for briefings and limited oversight to 8 members of congress. Pat Roberts got one of those clearances and used his position of power to undermine any oversight. His actions have led directly to this mess. Pat Roberts intentionally worked on behalf of the pResident and undercut the oversight responsibility of congress. Why is this man not in shackles?
