Why no "campaign finance reform" in the polls I received?

I have received two questionnaires recently from the DNC and the DCCNC. They were included with a request for money. They asked me to rate 1 to 10 what my priorities were for the Democratic Party. Naturally I rated the ending of the Iraq war as #1, but there was no choice for campaign finance reform. The DNC had a write-in line but the Congressional Committee did not. So I wrote in campaign finance reform as #2 for the National Committee and sent them some dough. I threw the other one away.
