Poppy B*sh's lowest approval ever was 28% on a Gallup poll... So comparing lemons to lemons, if Chimp drops below 28% then he's finally succeeded his father at something: failure!

I think it's time we call these die-hard supporters the 28%-ers. They're the fringe. Notwithstanding their 49.5% standing in the Senate, as a whole the RW supporters are a fringer element. Let's call them what they are. The 28%-ers.
