On the grand jury recording played to the jury, Libby said he discussed Wilson's article with Cheney shortly after it was published. The article said that queries by Cheney's office about uranium had led to his trip to Niger.

``I recall that he was very keen to get the truth out,'' Libby told the grand jury, including the fact that Cheney's office didn't order Wilson's trip and didn't receive his report.
