I just got into an argument about "Frazier" of all people
and it ended up with me leaving the room saying loudly, " have you ever seen a Republican who was creative?"

Well, I wonder. Conservative tends to mean don't ever think beyond the small box, and republican these days tends to mean don't think for yourself at all.

Was I right in saying that?

Have you ever seen a Republican who was creative?

2. What was the argument?
Was it about Kelsey Grammer? I'm pretty sure he's a repig, which kills me because I love that show. I just try my damndest to pretend I don't know when I watch the reruns.

6. I know. I watched it for David Hyde Pierce.
I think he and Kelsey got to be good friends. Maybe they never talked politics.

I have known some very creative and artistic republicans.
They aren't the majority, however.

What about Rove's protege and his campaign
add with the black senator and the white call girl. Now that's creative racism! If you going to cross the line apparently you should just bury that bitch into the ground.

8. Um... can't think of one!
I never was wild about Grammar, then I found out he is a rethug and it explained it all. Same with patricia heaton and james woods. Never cared for them and then their political affiliation just explained to me why- they totally give me the creeps.

9. One of my friends works as a media consultant
for Republicans. He is amazingly talented and creative.

He has a tendency to use the phrase, " It's all about the Benjamin's" when talking politics.

10. What is this "Frazier" business?
Maybe I am late to the party, but I have no idea what you are talking about.

But I do know some really creative Conservatives, believe it or not.

15. No you're thinking of Michael Richards ("Kramer" on Seinfeld)
This is "Frasier" (Kelsey Grammer)

11. One thing you shouldn't let politics influence is what your
entertainers are off screen, TV or dvds. This is no different than the pubs trashing the Dixie Chicks. Frazier, the show, was not political. It mostly showcased the two brothers as the pompous asses that they were and left it at that. It was darn funny.

Anyway, I listened to an interview with Grammer once explaining his Republicanism and really he's a Libertarian. He just doesn't know it yet.

14. Some of their legislation was very creative.
The Republican congress often screwed us and were having a cigarette before we even knew what had happened.

But you and I are mixing Conservative and Republican together, that is often not the case, well at least it didn't used to be the case. I am old enough to remember true conservatives, they would not like neo-cons.
