I've read "around" all the arguments/discussions of SB commercials.
This one, imo, makes the two guys in it look dumb and pathetic, and not gay. The commercial was really lame, too. I have no idea why that would inspire anyone to buy candy; those two greaseballs turned me off.
Did it piss you off? Since I'm not gay, I have no frame of reference, but if it did, I'm sorry.

On a web site. The target market, NASCAR, was supposed to go to the web site and vote on an ending. Part of the web program was to have football stars from the colts and bears snickering at the various endings, the worst of which was when they decided they had to beat themselves with a huge wrench and hood of a car to be manly enough. So it was a whole lot more than just that one commercial that the gay groups objected to. It was just classic right wing hate that they try to pretend is humor.
