Every time he goes to the floor of the Senate to speak, I wonder why his keepers have let him out again. I swear, there are interns in his office assigned to see that Sen. Inhofe takes his anti-psychotic meds daily or else we get sentences like this one from him: (Last June, when the Senate was debating the issue of a Constitutional Amendment to ban Gay Marriages.
