4. Quasi-related question...
Anyone besides me worry about the wrong people wire-tapping Fitzgerald's conversations *cough, cough* for National Security? This question haunts me. I put nothing past BushCo as "justice" is anything that helps them win. Even though there's a great case made by the facts themselves, one has to be concerned about the advantage the defendant would have if they knew the prosecution's approach.

9. I wonder about it, too
>the wrong people wire-tapping Fitzgerald's conversations *cough, cough* for National Security?<

When he was meeting with the attorneys of some involved in the Libby trial last year, he would go to THEIR offices instead of meeting with them at his. I kept reading about the phrase "the eagle doesn't fly" -- in other words, this was considered unusual by the commetators I was reading.

It doesn't seem quite so unusual now.

11. anyone else reading this? i have been on that site for over an hour
reading these transcripts.

the one i'm invested in now is 198 pages. i'm doing a word search for president and clicking on links that don't have "vice" before "president"

i really got interested around pages 45-55

looking for bush crimes

so according to libby bush can take a classified document (the nie) and tell someone to talk to the press about it (in otherwords leak it) and that, by defination, makes it unclassified? even tho basically fuckhead is simply authorizing a leak? WTF?

come on, no one else is reading this? i'm not the only cia leak junkie out here am i?
