They certainly don't seem to be all that worried about 'keeping the powder dry'. Almost makes me think the Democrats should've done their jobs and filibustered Bush's fascist Supreme Court appointees. It certainly would be nice to have forced the Republicans' hand back then, so we could enjoy a filibuster-free environment today.

Oh well- at least the powder's dry.
