2. The jet story has been around for a few days.

IMO, nobody cares about it but the Repubs. People care about the war. they care about the criminals in the WH. This one is gonna come back to bite them in the ass.

6. Pelosi lives on the west coast -

she needs a plane big enough to get her there. And could you imagine if she was on a commercial flight and something horrible happened to Bush and Cheney? I can't imagine the government would even allow her to fly commercial ESPECIALLY AFTER 9/11 (to use their line).

7. She's always flown non-stop, which she prefers and

requested that the Defense Department provide her with a non-stop flight to fly her home, not on some
shuttle/taxi flight that puddle jumps across the country.

She did not request a larger plane, in fact if she can't get a non-stop, she'd like to continue to fly commercial.

This was breaking around noon today when she was hijacked by reporters. She also mentioned Rummy still has a desk at the DOD.....as she's one of his sharpest critics....probably where this story was embelished and originated from.
