8. I picked up my St. Pete Times this morning and the 3 top stories

were the governor's opposition to a fee increase at UF, Anna Nicole and something related to last weeks storms. You have to go all the way back to page 10 to find stories on "dubious" pre-war Iraq intelligence, the arrest of the Iraqi health ministry official and the house debate on the war. Also on page 10 is a small box with only a paragraph on the 104 people killed in Iraq yesterday along with one sentence about the killing of 4 Marines in Anbar province.

I was looking at FOX News and CNN this morning and FOX & Friends was giving ANS a minimum of 10 minutes of coverage each half hour between 6 a.m and 7 a.m.

CNN touched upon ANS for about 5 minutes during the same time period.

I don't know if CNN mentioned anything about the raid but I can say for sure that FOX sure didn't have time to fit it between the non-stop ANS and Pelosi stories.
