Why the hell didn't she just tell the investigators and/or police that the diapers were for a private health issue, and leave it at that?

I made it a point to ignore the astronut story, but I keep hearing about the damn diapers. Csn someone please explain to me what the deal is with the diapers? (I know I could gggggooooooggggglllleeee it or even read it at CNN, but I know you guys will give me the straight scoop, probably laced with some great sardonic humor.)

Astronauts often wear these types of "diapers" during take off an landing. Makes perfect sense really...Think about it...when you pulling that many G's something is bound to get pushed out!:evilgrin:
