7. I have been watching those that are not front and center..
in the press from what I can see if we need 60 votes why is it so hard, when we are in the majority and if the republicons are that stupid or selfish they don't give a damn about the soldiers or this country and their asses should be thrown out. I think we should focus more on the unknown faces that are in the house and senate and work to get them removed...Someone like Representative, eric cantor of Virginia deputy majority whip needs his ass removed and others like him...this crazy republicon thinks that bush should have the sole power to bomb Iran and any other country he wants...

He believes that the congress should have no say or we the people. These insane people want to start conflicts all over the world and expect us to fight them we no say in it whatsoever, they expect us to follow one dumb asshole who stole both elections. The assholes who are draft dodgers who know nothing about war or strategies to fight them. There are generals who follow like zombies no matter what the cost, in lives or treasure...

17. I'm not saying they are anywhere near as progressive as I like
but they are still better than Republicans. Even Chuck Hagel thinks Nelson (NE) votes WAY too much like Ted Kennedy. If I was in NE, given the choice between a nutjob R and a mediocre D, it would be very easy to vote for the D.

8. 85% 90% Democratic politicians are Repukes....
Edited on Sat Feb-10-07 09:52 AM by PhilipShore
but the 2006 election changed things --- a majority of Americans woke up and voted out both the Repukes and the Repukes that are Dems in the Repuke Party. In 2008 with the help of Dean--- hopefully the number of Repuke politicians in the Dem party will be reduced.

That number started to grow after JFK but, especially during and after Reagan. During JFK there was probably around 99.9% Dems in the party, and 5% probably were liberal Democrats. JFK himself was a liberal Democrat.

10. Fear has been the Repukes greatest weapon --- frankly I am not a shrink
Edited on Sat Feb-10-07 10:06 AM by PhilipShore
but --- perhaps --- the people are burnt out with all the fear mongering by the Repukes, and starting to get creative and wake up to reality.
