I don't believe Dems would make anything out of it. Cheney would say go fu*k yourself now get out of my way I'm doing Iran next!

2. Not this time. There is zero public support for Cheney and almost as
little support for an assault on Iran.

If Cheney were to admit, or if he were found to be complicit as a consequence of Fitz's investigation (which could happen), his lawyers would find themselves working late.

As it is, he's damaged goods. He can lie to Wolf Blitzer on television but he can no longer persuade anyone that he's right and the Democrats are wrong.

The press -- lethargic and sycophantic as it often is -- smells vice presidential blood in the water.

5. Nance! Howdy. Nice to see you at the party here in the early
morning hours.

And what fun to be disparaging Dick Cheney with a talented sentence-master, which you certainly are.

I think Dick's done for. He and Lynne might as well hire 'em a U-Haul and start packin' their furniture, their ammo, that dazzling parka he wore at Auschwitz, the Nazi regalia...

Big Movin' Day comin' up!

11. 'Morning, Old Crusoe!
Afraid I conked out last night, and didn't see your reply until this morning.

I just LOVE the concept of: "Big Movin' Day Comin' Up!"

That phrase should be printed on stickers, and placed all over DC!!!

... how many of us would be in the steel umbrella business?

Cheney will lie with his dying breath. He wraps his lies in more lies. His arrogance knows no bounds.

6. Yes. It would matter
The "Dems" are employees of the people, and the people have had it with this damned war.

The fact that they lied is beginning to sink into the minds of the collective populace. The shit storm is coming.

8. Hi, blogslut. I'm off-topic here, but please allow this tangent:
I would love to steal your line up there -- THE SHITSTORM IS COMING -- and make it into a bumpersticker, then drive across the Bible Belt east to west.

Plain black letters on plain white background: THE SHITSTORM IS COMING.

9. In a fascist country, no.
The corporate and gov't propaganda press will just say it's legal. It's already happened, Libby isn't even being charged with outing a CIA agent, he's charged with lying to investigators.

So, some faked charge will result from the WMD lies too and some planted judge will let him off. They nailed Larry Franklin for selling secrets to Israel, likely a threat to the other WMD conspirators to keep quiet forever.

Chimp lost to Gore in 2000 and to Kerry in 04, our country isn't even an elected state anymore, much less a place where laws are followed.
