What a neat thing to surf over here and find. I am on a new message board and have spent the evening debating some really awful war mongers. I finally shut them up when I started posting about the Dixie Chicks but phew I am exhausted. Such hate - it truly boggles the mind.

These people were so nasty. They were talking about how Cindy Sheehan was spreading hate and causing grief. I kept asking them where? how? but they just kept getting more hateful. Then one of them claimed to live right down the road from Crawford, TX and she had seen first hand how violent Cindy and her people are. So I posted some of my pictures from Crawford and that really got them going after me.

Then I changed the subject to the Dixie Chicks and they shut up. Thank you Chicks!!

15. Mixed feelings.

Last time I know some people who quit posting while the hearts were going on. They were fairly new and unsure of why they were not getting any of them. I remember PMs to some of them.

I think the ones who have large support groups here get them. Some don't have that. It does not bother me, but it is truly hard for some.

I don't worry because my purpose at DU is not get hearts or be liked, it is to post about what our party needs to do to change. I have no "group" here, and there are many who would like to give me negative hearts..LOL

It is like being in high school all over again...a popularity contest. I have mixed feelings. A lot of us said that last time as well.

And ask them if they would like it if their children were massacred that way, and if it could be, at all, justified.

Psychopaths aside, I find it hard to believe that any REAL mother would support mass murder of children.

If there is such a thing as 'war mongering mothers,' then I strongly suggest they enlist their kids... first thing tomorrow morning.
