Clearly, the use of forceful-prone-restraint violates the emergency medicine Prime Directive, to "Do No Harm!"
Even money the cops hog tied her and left her on her stomach and that killed her....
If she was kicking, they probably hobbled her then. Sounds like poor training and a coverup.
The autopsy will uncover how she died. My heart goes out to her family. So tragic....
