It's where the Navy Seals live while training. (I guess)

1. IIRC it was orginally constructed for the Seabees.
But it was obvious even before Google Earth made it plain to the entire world.

2. Wow!...I didn't see a date there, but it's clear that they knew the implications
before construction

I found out since posting that I just learned something that everyone else already knew. (as usual)
