5. you might need to add MSNBC.com to allow pop-ups

Go to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy tab where u see the pop-up blocker option at the bottom. Mine is checked to block pop-ups. But...
Click on settings, then add msnbc.com in the white space to allow pop-ups for msnbc.
