Siegelman's case headed for Congress
Panels to probe `selective prosecution' claims

Former Gov. Don Siegelman's case will be part of an upcoming congressional hearing into whether Republican federal prosecutors pursued criminal cases against certain Democrats for partisan reasons.

Two subcommittees of the House Judiciary Committee will conduct an oversight hearing into the three cases from Alabama, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, a committee spokeswoman said Monday. The date or a list of witnesses was not announced.

The hearing, one of several probing the actions of former U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and the Department of Justice, will be a joint session of the panel that handles commercial and administrative law, and another that handles crime, terrorism and homeland security.

3. They've already connected his fat, evil ass to vote caging
scams, something the RNC specifically promised not to do in a court case back in 1983. He could be in prison right now if those old boys would get off their dead arses and move on this thing.
