I only have four hearts--- I clearly thought I was a much beloved person here on DU

I don't get it. I get along with everybody. I've never flamed anyone and have never had a thread locked or deleted. I love the Greens, the Moderates, and even some who I think are trolls.

I don't know what to do.... I'm in a deep deep funk about this and am still in my PJ's at 8:45 in the morning. My family is worried about me and they've thought about signing up with DU so that they can donate, and then give me hearts. I SAID NO! NO WAY! If my fellow DUers can't provide me with the amount of hearts that I require to feed my ego, THEN FORGET IT! I clearly thought I'd have at least 30 hearts by now! Damn it! Damn It! After all I've done for you people!

I gave away my hearts in about a minute.... if you think about it though, it is a pretty clever scheme by the admins for more donations. I've donated but I'm tempted to donate more just to give out hearts to those who haven't any. The "feel sorry" thing will definitely bring in repeat donations.
