some emails that Rush supporters have sent them. I can't believe this shit! These people are saying that the votvets guys are the bad guys and rush limpballs is their hero.

If there were ever any doubt as to the real meaning behind what limpballs said there is none now. Especially after he himself said that the guy who did the last TV ad, Brian McGough "proved his point". (paraphrased) All the while he was still trying to weasel out of his first comments by saying that he was only referring to one soldier.

Keith or his guest didn't mention Rush's deferment and avoidance of service in 'Nam. So what bizness does Rush have calling a combat veteran "phony?" Seems like the phony one is he who spouts patriotism but hides behind his own butt cheeks when called to serve.

In fact, I wish KO would hammer the lack of service by *, Dick, etc.

in case anyone is interested. It should get a lot more attention, because it reveals a lot about these freaks.

What I got from the book is this:

Your average dittohead is an isolated white male, with few social skills and few social connections. For him, being a dittohead is replacement for community and connection. The isolation is a big part of why they are so gullible (Limbaugh LIES all the time, in case you didn't know) and believe everything Rush tells them. They have little knowledge about the things Limbaugh talks about, and little real life experience to counter the info and world view they get from Limbaugh. The number one thing that started the book's author on his road to recovery was contact with the real world when he went away to college. (I can't remember the author's name, but it shouldn't be hard to find with a search).

by their descriptive use of the word "phony" in their e-mails, Limbaughdomy's listeners also believe that that is actually what PusPocket meant about real soldiers who hold opposing views about the war when he said it.
