Watched the Rules Committee last night. It's clear that what the Cons are attempting to do (in both Houses) is tie the hands of Congress by formally committing it to funding the Eternal War.

They want to have it both ways. When an (R) is in the Oval Office, the big rubber stamp comes out. When a (D) is in the Oval Office, they suddenly become 'defenders of their Constitutional obligations'. :eyes:
