Anyone who has seen "Arms of the Angels" ad by ASPCA knows Move On needs to hire that Ad Agency!

ASPCA airs that ad with Sarah McLaughlin, from time to time, and everytime I see it I break down in tears.

So much we know about our "hurting Americans" could be encapsulated in one Incredible Ad. I wish that Move On and Democratic Party (if they cared) would find out who is responsible for that ad ...and hire them.

There is untold MISERY that American's are suffering through and have been suffering through. The downsized who take "Service Industry Jobs"...the layoffs that are manipulated by Bush Govt. playing with numbers...and the toll that Mergers & Acqusitions, Hedge Funds, Vulture Funds and other nefarious schemes that have gone on once the Milton Friedman school of Supply Side grabbed our Markets by the throat.

"In the Arms of the Angels" is a heartwrenching view of abused animals with their pleading eyes and small and large paws reaching out through their cages for help. The eyes of the Animals are the eyes of the Children of War...the Children of American Poverty along with poverty in nations whose resources are being plundered while thugs like the criminals in our Government and pundits like Bill Kristol LAUGH...LAUGH at Children's Health Insurance ...SCHIP making Kristol get lots of pundit air time as he laughs about children's suffering...because Kristol and his fellow Neo-Cons are "Tough on Crime." Tough on Crime like Michael Vick who sacrificed dogs in some brutal inhumane "funning" where he and his wealthy buddies made sport out of innocents...threw them in to be brutalized and killed them when they couldn't perform

I hear lots of folks talking about Holocaust Deniers.... here on DU...who decry Ahmadinejad's Ravings...and yet while other Holocausts go on all over the world in our People and Animal World ...somehow it isn't as important as the Blustering Ravings of the Thugs "Bush/Cheney/Ahmadinejad and the other Thugs who are involved in Genocide, Brutilization of Women, Men, Children, Animals and our Environment all over the World. It's a RED HERRING! There are DREADFUL THINGS GOING ON ...while we FOCUS on some SPORTING BATTLE BETWEEN THE BIG HONCHOS!

THUGS AND BRUTS and the MEDIA WHO ALLOW THEM should be THE ISSUES of THIS NEW CENTURY that we deal with.

We need to focus on those Eyes filled with Pain...that aren't just all our Animal Life...but the Children of WAR who suffer and their Parents who suffer or die.

We must work for PEACE! United Nations isn't Working! We need BETTER THAN THIS....!!!!

We are ALL IN THIS TOGETHER... We are ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!

I would make another donation if they would do the same thing with the children of Iraq,or the Gold Star families,or Katrina victims,or those who could have benefitted from stem cell research,or...

4. Yep.... a good ad involves folks "identifying" and that one
releases such incredible emotion...for "puddles of tears" and wanting to sell your house to give to ASPCA....

It's an incredible ad that connects folks to suffering...REAL suffering..

Somehow REAL Suffering...never makes it onto the agenda of either our Repugs or Dems these days...even though we TRY TO TELL THEM!!!! THEY DON'T LISTEN!

Ad's like this ...bring it all out...all of it... for all of US ...the Animals, Children, Environment and those who will be left to deal with what "THEY" (both Political Party's have DONE!!!)

6. A good ad that "get's to the gut" can do so much.....
Our Dems need to have more "feeling" for what is going on. If they don't "get it" then they don't feel it...and the Repugs will rule again...even if we manage to get a Dem in for '08 ..it will be scandal after scandal...that's what Repugs do best with the legacy of Rove and Roger Ailes and Lee Atwater (Mr. Willy Horton that "they" tried to blame on Al Gore).

Whatever..unless our Dems can get in touch with their Populist Soul...they will be looking at another "close election" where Machine Fraud (which they refuse to correct) DECIDES AGAIN!
