What if the Democratic party created a database of companies that pledged to pay a minimum of $10/hr

Again this action would do an end run around Republican filibusters and vetos.

How about if the Democratic party announced that it will create a database of companies that would pledge to pay $10/hr minimum for their employees.

Registered Democrats only could search this database, and it would encourage people to sign up for the Democratic party. The party could charge a modest $10 a year for this service and it would raise money for the party.

It would also put pressure on those cheapskate employers who support the Republican party.

What do you say? Can the Democratic party do this too?
