My daughter is a "god fearing southern girl". She listens to her Dad (Faux News), listens to me, and then says, "I'm confused, I don't care, I don't want to talk about this."

On the phone the other night she told me a friend was going to get her on at the air force base in Charleston. They need a bunch of people to help put together planes. I said, "So you're going to help build the planes that will be used to bomb the crap out of Iran? How does that make you feel?"

Mind you, I had quit "talking to her about this" two years ago. She was quiet for quite awhile, and then she asked me, "What's a neocon?"

She had taken the initiative to search for herself, and I know I had never used that word before!

I decided not to overwhelm her (I only sent her 20+ links rather than 100 or so :)
