The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence is deciding if phone companies which illegally turned over our records to the Bush Administration without a warrant should get retroactive immunity from lawsuits.

If one of your Senators is on the committee, please phone his or her office and say "No retroactive immunity for phone companies. Companies which broke the law SHOULD have to pay for it."
