Is George * hitting the bottle again?
Or is he, like Rush Limpalls, abusing 'prescription' meds?

This video clip of him making a blunder in regards to the gop debates makes me wonder if he is not drunk or tipsy and on his way to getting drunk. Or is he stoned on pills? Needless to say he is a moron for not knowing that Ms Bartiromo as a co-host of the debate, would have most likely have been at the debate. Sheesh is * getting dumber or what?

http://thinkprogress.org/2007/10/12/bush-asks-gop-debate-host-whether-she-was-at-the-debate

He looks like he is well on his way to getting drunk. I hope he doesn't choke on a pretzel again!

42. would the secret service allow this?
we don't have a good process for removing impaired presidents, hence reagan served out two terms w. obvious dementia, hence woodrow wilson had a serious stroke and his wife somehow ended up being called (perhaps in jest) the first woman president

Edited on Fri Oct-12-07 02:46 PM by pitohui
in other words, * and cheney are not going to resign no matter how disabled they are

they need to be removed thru the political process (impeachment) or we're stuck w. them

remember, reagan was allowed to stay in office when all the world knew he had alzheimer's, except the usa media

39. It depends
If the chimp is still there, then he can nominate someone to be confirmed by the Senate, or he doesn't have to nominate anyone to fill the office. If he's gone and dead eye is too then it goes to the speaker of the house.

I am a cub rat...so sorry in advance for not providing a link....but I did read somewhere that some said he had lyme disease and it was not fully treated..which would cause this type of behavior? Are there medical people who could shed some light on this "rumor".

40. everyone who lives in connecticut and is outdoorsy gets lyme disease
Edited on Fri Oct-12-07 02:53 PM by pitohui
yes, * has had lyme disease, his medical report shows that he was treated for it last year

his neurological issues predate the lyme disease and i believe are more likely related to the substance abuse/alcoholism

there is a link to abc news about his lyme disease

http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/wireStory?id=3460193

it would not be easy to pick up in texas, they seem to suspect he may have picked it up in maine, despite using precautions, it's just damn hard to keep a tick from biting you when you're in tick country (i mention ct in the title because he was born there but clearly if he'd had untreated lyme disease from youth, yeah, he'd be in a pretty bad place)

it is easy to treat if you have the characteristic bulls eye rash and know you have it, which seems to be the case here -- where it becomes dangerous is where you don't know you have it and don't get antibiotics in time
