Did you hear that Gore won the Nobel Peace Prize? Yup. He did. And an Oscar and an Emmy. Just so we are clear what that leaves us with, in this corner:

Former vice president Al Gore and a United Nations panel that monitors climate change were jointly awarded the Nobel Peace Prize today for their work educating the world about global warming and pressing for political action to control it.

President Bush is a competitive guy. But this is one contest he would rather lose. With 18 months left in office, he is in the running for most unpopular president in the history of modern polling.
