1. *snort*
Their desperation for war with Iran is really starting to stink, and it smells like old gym socks.

9. Michael Ware says he might just be on a trip
CNN's Michael Ware reports that al-Sadr has frequently left Iraq for "diplomatic" trips.

Confirms he's been gone for about two weeks.

13. Ware hasn't been the most objective of reporters ... but better than some.
He's "hostage" to what the U.S. military forces are willing to tell him, just like almost any American journalist ... and he tends to be excitable ... but when he damps down the hype you know it's gotten out of hand.

Sadr used to be pretty cold toward Iran. Looks like Bush is uniting-not-dividing all sorts of people.

8. Yeppers
I dont even think the MSM whored it up for Iraq, the way they are whoring it up for Iran.

Bin laden must be laughing his butt off, having a grand old time.

18. I guess the time limit on trips is 14 days and then it's BREAKING? ;-))
I wonder. Do they time the trips? As soon as the calendar flips to the 15th day does it become 'news'? Why didn't they treat the vacation time of Our Leader that way, I wonder.

16. Yes, "fled" is a loaded term, which they know, of course.
And they have absolutely no substantiation for it.

26. Wonder how many times he'll be proclaimed dead?
It's a shame ...that we always have to stand back and examine everything that *Co may send out as news. Iran, from what I've heard, has a standing million man army and it's area is about 75% larger. Here are some stats......

http://www.usnews.com/usnews/news/articles/070118/18ira...

You can see the oil out put and the interest *Co has in taking it,but while Iraq was a can of worms Iran would be like attacking the heart of Islam. A bigger mistake. If you think the world is angry now, just think of how they will demand our heads if * takes his chaos to Iran. These people are very civilized and sensitive, but when threatened like us they have turned to leaders who have to posture against the threats.

Their culture is not basically like ours. Yet we should know that they have the right to have their own culture. They have the right to their own resources and they have the right to rule themselves. Of course a actual threat from them would be dangerous but there is a place for diplomacy that must be made to work.
