We need Members to speak who haven’t spoken already on the Iraq resolution tonight. Please go directly to the Floor.

Members are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to speak to the following themes:

1) Support Our Troops/Veterans;

2) Effectiveness/Will it Work/Past Surges Have Not Worked;

3) Diplomatic/Political Solution;

4) Consequences of Surge on Readiness;

5) Accountability/Contracting.
