Iran president 'ready for talks' about nuclear program - BBC
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has insisted that Tehran is open to talks on its nuclear programme.

Speaking to US TV network ABC, he said he opposed any increased nuclear proliferation, but said Iran's rights must be safeguarded.

Why is this getting little press here in the US? It doesn't even appear on ABC News' home page, and they're the source of the interview.

Oh, yeah. "Talking" doesn't fit the agenda. Must...attack...Iran.

1. Because they are next
then once we are finished disarming Korea we will destroy them too. Sorry, I just really think it's in the cards for both of these countries.

3. Hussein was also ready for talks. He even let in weapons inspectors.
Fat lot of good that did.

4. Agreed. This is looking eerily similar to the run-up to the Iraq invasion.
I can't believe we'd be that stupid, but this administration has demonstrated that its stupidity knows no bounds.
