And in other news...Britain putting RFID chips in cigarette packs
...to help combat cigarette smuggling.

According to the piece, three percent of all the cigarettes smoked in Great Britain (two billion cigarettes, or 100 million 20-cigarette packs) were illegally smuggled into the country, mostly from China. The RFID tags are to help combat this.
