5. Frontline does shows which are good

for getting a discussion going with someone who thinks differently. They did an even handed comparison of the lives of Kerry and Bush in 2004, which was run several times in the weeks before the election.
I actually learned a lot of details about Kerry's military record by watching it, and when I was doing doors and ran into people who were "Swift boat" voters, I had that to draw on.

So if you have relatives who don't think the presidential powers have been expanded to the point of ridiculousness....give 'em a call and Thanksgiving dinner will be interesting. }(
