Probably upping of arms to Latin America, middle east, to counter the backlash against US Hegemony. Thousands of people will be tortured, maimed, and killed for the profits of a few people.

That has nothing to do with Barack Obama, it's the nature of the foreign policy establishment that wouldn't be changed unless we had a Kucinich or someone of that sort come in and tell them all to go to Hell. And Obama works on consensus.
