Question for Bloggers/Attorney's: Taking a story down at the request of someone in the story

Dear All,

I don't know what to do. I've been emailed by someone who is mentioned by name in my blog. The story is not very flattering about him (I named him by name and named the company by name) and comes directly from the person (1st hand) who directly dealt with this guy.

Question: Can he sue or force me in any way to take down the story?? He said that "I shouldn't be using people's names and to take down the story at once".


What is everyone's thought and ALL Attorney's are welcomed to comment.

I know everyone is busy and I appreciate everyon'e help.
