1. They just said on CSPAN the vote was anticipated about 12:30.

This is after about a 1 hour debate. Looks like the House is doing houskeeping kinda things right now.

Edit: Nikki Tsongas (D-MA) will be sworn in this morning as a new Representative, ahead of the override vote.

And they just said they figure that they are short roughly 15 votes to override.
