I understand that Congress is going to express their opinion, don't like the decision I made. Not that they are not good honorable people. My hope is that the nonbinding resolution doesn't turn into a binding resolution which keeps them from doing what I sent them to do. They voted for Petraeus, make it clear to Congress starting now, they need to fund out troops.
