I wonder if Rush L. figured on contributing over 2 M of his own cash to match
the e-bay bid?

I do not know his wealth-considerable-still it seems to me that 2 m. is a bit of change.

8. On his show today he was equating Moveon.org and Media Watch
both 501(c)3 orgs as charities with The Marine Corps - Law Enforcement Foundation. Meaning that all 501(c)3's are organized as charities. 501(c)3's do not establish that exemption based only on being a charity. There are other categories that qualify for that status.

Considering the connection that The Marine Corps - Law Enforcement Foundation has with Limbaugh I would not consider it to be an organization worthy of support. Since there are other military and law enforcement organizations I would consider those first before any supported by Limbaugh.

3. He'll show it as a charitable donation on his IRS return and won't miss a thing.

He can even stretch it out over several years and make out even better. Don't worry. This scheme was well laid out in advance.
