Justice Thomas says law degree 'worth 15 cents'
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071021/ap_on_re_us/yale_justice_thomas

"U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has a 15-cent price tag stuck to his Yale law degree, blaming the school's affirmative action policies in the 1970s for his difficulty finding a job after he graduated. Some of his black classmates say Thomas needs to get over his grudge because Yale opened the door to extraordinary opportunities."

Poor oppressed Clarence Thomas. His Yale degree held him back so long. He would have been on the Supreme Court right out of college if he wasn't black.
He would certainly be cheif justice if he hadn't had the misfortune to go to Yale. Poor guy.
:puke: :nopity: :spank: :grr:

1. Given what he learned at Yale, he has overvalued his degree.

7. Since he doesn't seem to value his law degree, maybe he should
just hang up his robe and retire.

8. And if affirmative action didn't exist, would Yale have admitted him on his
academic merits alone? Talk about biting the hand that feeds you . . .

12. Yet Another Self Loathing Republican Victim
If there is anything that is most dangerous it is an authority figure who is self loathing.

Clarence Thomas -
George Bush - against east coast elites
Senator Craig - gay
Rush Limbaugh - druggie, elitist
Bill O'Reilly -
The whole Republican Party when it is in control of any government. You can't govern if you have contempt for government.

When you analyze the scandals and policies of what federal agencies have done in the last 7 years. The attorney firing scandal in the justice department, the NASA report on aviation safety, Mercenaries in Iraq, Iraq, TSA, The Department of home land security, etc. It only starts to make sense when you realize these people hate the very government they are suppose to run.

I swear these self loathing politicians have caused more damage than any terrorist could.
