On a ten mile trip home, I counted 38 motorcycles, boats, rvs, & snowmobiles FOR SALE

People are so broke. Campers, trailers, motorcycles, boats, RVs, snowmobiles....

For Sale.

You never see any of this for sale except the snowmobiles this time of year. People sell in the spring. The time of year & volume
tell me people are needing to raise money.

They could also be selling them (especially the boats and RVs) because of gas prices.

3. A lot of houses for sale in Los Angeles...

I saw hundreds of "For Sale" signs this past weekend.

4. I buy cars a lot for my Dad's business. People are selling off their cars really cheaply,

often in a last-ditch effort to keep their house, I'd bet.

And these are expensive luxury vehicles, so the owners were presumably flush fairly recently when they purchased them.
