The thought of Bush awarding the Medal of Honor to anyone makes me want to puke.

Lt. Michael Murphy earned the CMH, selflessly exposing himself to enemy fire even after being severely wounded, in an attempt to keep his team together. But he certainly deserves better than to have the Nation's highest award for valor handed to his grieving parents by a cowardly, chickenshit, AWOL, little pig-fucker like George W. Bush.

He wouldn't look at the pictures of Casey. He didn't even know Casey's name. He came in the room and the very first thing he said is, "So who are we honoring here?" He didn't even know Casey's name. He didn't want to hear it. He didn't want to hear anything about Casey. He wouldn't even call him "him" or "he." He called him "your loved one."

Every time we tried to talk about Casey and how much we missed him, he would change the subject. And he acted like it was a party.

He didn't bother to learn her son's name before he came in to meet with her? He referred to a woman he'd never met before, and who was grieving the loss of her son, as 'Mom'? "So who are we honoring here?" -- excuse me?
