As for what she said, personally I think it's easily understandable, assuming that you've read Paul's writings, although slightly awkwardly put.

I'm fairly surely it's an utterane that could easily be converted into conservative Muslim jargon, as well, but would suddenly be just as offensive to many, more offensive to the likes of Coulter, but create little outcry among many of those most offended at Coulter. (I'm a student of asymmetries and keep my eye peeled for them.)

I am not endorsing this method of ridicule (though it does "serve her right"--pardon the expression--as she considers herself a great beauty), I am simply passing it along for the perusal of those interested. So please, do not yell at me if you find it Politically Incorrect in any fashion--gripe at the publishers of the magazine.
