Uh... doesn't it seem like a few million of that could have been sent to the people whose homes became ash piles today? And undoubtedly many of which voted for you, Mr. Bush? (Northern San Diego is heavily Republican.) Oh that's right - this is still the Bush/Cheney era.

he wouldn't ask for the extra billions until at least January-February, like he said, he's going to make his "relevant" moves then sprint to the finish line. - This country sounds like it's going to get fu*ked pretty good before this puppet leaves office.
