So should I give up on voting?
Please tell me why I should even bother...

Both parties see me as insignificant, as they view all of us that way.

Both parties want the war in Iraq to continue, and they also want to start one in Iran.

Good guys either get censured, or worse, 'plane crashed.'

The elections are rigged anyway, due to voting machines.

And if the Dems win they won't do what they say anyway.

So why freakin bother?

1. I'm not sure I could disagree...although I wish I could
Reid and Pelosi have led the Dems to a whole lot of nothing, total rollovers.

10. It is not just Reid and Pelosi...it is the DLC dems and they know
that there is nothing we can do about it and will keep shoving this crap in our faces...we either vote for them or those God awful repugs running ...I can't think of one that is not a complete asshole.

7. "Snap out of it"
Both parties want the war in Iraq to continue, and they also want to start one in Iran.

No, that is not true. Most Democrats want to end the war. Most Democrats didn't vote for IRW.
We need more in the House and Senate, and any Dem would be better that the assholes the Repubs are running

Good guys either get censured, or worse, 'plane crashed.'

There are quit a few still alive and un-censured.

The elections are rigged anyway, due to voting machines.

Well, they aren't doing a very good job of it are they?

And if the Dems win they won't do what they say anyway.

So why freakin bother?

Because it takes time and you have to work for long-term goals. You aren't a quitter are you?
Didn't think so.

Then why don't they stop signing Bushie's checks?

There are quit a few still alive and un-censured.

A few. Not enough.

Well, they aren't doing a very good job of it are they?

I honestly think the only reason we won in 06 was because they misunderestimated their losses.

I just think my time might be better spent cutting the dead elephant loose. Work towards Calipendence. Become a Democratic State. This one sure isn't.

And I wish I still had optimism. I just don't anymore...

The bad guys ALWAYS win.

9. Never give up. Always vote.
Sure, we might be a candle in a sea of darkness, but at least it is that. At least we will have tried.

11. Yeah, hang it up.....
Go crawl in a box, hide and suck your thumb. Or, even better, whine away on an internet forum about how the world is out to get you.

I'd say either one of those should be a pretty good option for you....
