1. It's like this...

Last week, Stark accused Republicans of supporting sending U.S. soldiers to Iraq "to get blown up for the president's amusement."

Republicans howled. Stark refused to apologize.

Then Nancy Pelosi got involved and denounced Stark. A motion of censure was brought against Stark, who was reportedly warned that the motion would carry unless he apologized.

The motion was tabled, but Stark apologzed anyway.
