Three different responses on Congressional Phone Lines yesterday.

Pelosi:
My rant was punctuated by pensive sighs from the staffer, ended with "I will see the Speaker gets your message."

Hoyer:
After a fairly long tirade questioning Hoyer's knowledge of how to be a Party Majority Leader, and why 4 Freshman Congressmen were running the house and the Democratic Party, I got "I'm very sorry sir, and I will be certain that your message is passed."

Stark:
This staffer's response punctuated my message with thank you's and very positive "Um Hm" here and there, but the closing was "Thank you so very much for your support. We will tell Mr. Stark."


The first two staffers sounded more depressed than Stabenow's when I called up to chastise her for the "Torture Bill Vote."
