4. Closing arguments should be pretty interesting
I suspect that the defense didn't manage to prove up much of what they claimed their case would be in their opening statement.

all those months of pre-trial preps. Memory experts, gray mail attempt. All of it for the expectation that Libby would testify. Closing arguments will be interesting, I wonder when are they scheduled

9. And The Judge Is PISSED At Libby!!!
The judge allowed certain evidence to be included because the defense indicated Libby would testify and the defense played fast and loose and reneged and Libby didn't testify and now the Judge is really friggin' pissed off! :rofl:

I completely missed that article. I tell you, the information about this case can make your head spin. To be perfectly honest, I don't know if she could cause a "hung jury" or not. I'll need to look into that.
