Did the Condi who is in contempt of a subpoena came and testify in

the House???

She was asked whether the administration is considering a military strike in Iran and if Vice President Dick Cheney was leading the charge. The U.S., she said, is committed to diplomacy but will not rule out any option.

"Frankly, the international community has to get a lot tougher if it's going to get resolved diplomatically," she said. "The Iranians are not a state, I don't think, that will change their behavior just through talking to them."

The top U.S. diplomat also said Iran's ties to Hamas were disturbing. "To see Iranian actual penetration now of these more radical elements of the Palestinian terrorist groups is really quite troubling," she said.

And she waltzes in the House and I love the word testify
and yet she can't come for her subpoena

And she is always ready to ask for more money from the same Congress she snubbed

and is in contempt

I'm so confused somebody help explain it did I miss something?
Couldn't she be arrested
Couldn't Condi be arrested for Contempt by Pelosi and Reid
was there a deal made so she could TESTIFY

1. So here is what I'm talking about

http://thehill.com/leading-the-news/rebuffed-by-rice-hadley-house-panel-tracks-down-witnesses-for-iraq-probe-2007-06-19.html

In letters sent to Rice and Tenet last week, Waxman wrote that the panel has interviewed and conducted depositions with other former officials such as Lawrence Wilkerson, former chief of staff to Secretary of State Colin Powell, and Carl Ford, former assistant secretary of state for Intelligence and Research. More interviews are expected over the coming weeks, the letters noted, and “the CIA and State Department have begun to provide important documents to the Committee.”

Waxman told The Hill that the panel still intends to hold a public hearing with Rice at a still-undetermined date, adding that the information from Tenet and others will help make the committee’s questions “more pointed.” He also said that the panel will also issue a report, but “that’s a ways off.”

Neither Rice nor Hadley intend to testify before the panel “as long as it has to do with their roles as advisers to the president,” said White House spokesman Tony Fratto.

I guess what I'm saying is we have a Secretary who refuses to testify to a subpoena to Waxman's panel and yet she is there to testify
for another House panel...so I guess the word TESTIFY is a stretch here ... she just is droppin in and letting everybody know what she wants them to know and she isn't going to answer the question is Cheney the one on the charge for Iran cause she is Secretary and advisor and she can say anything she wants and they just have to go Yes Condi Thank you Condi

She got a bit of a surprise though today didn't she

2. Pelosi and Reid need to arrest her and make her ineffectual
as Secretary of State ...if she can't come in for a subpoena by Congress

What Good is her testimony

Don't allow her entry or arrest her

but for Congress to sit and listen to a Secretary of State who can say and do anything she wants

is a sham a farce its like a big show of nothing

Congress is such a joke
